Covid-19 Delivery Procedures - updated regularly.

We are currently dispatching all orders within 3 working days by 1st Class delivery. Where possible we are keeping boxes small so they fit through your letterbox to enable a contact free delivery.

We are currently unaware of any delays within Royal Mail due to Covid-19. However, we appreciate your patience if your order takes longer to reach you than usual.

Orders over £75 may require a signature on delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

If your order is under £20.00 Standard (1st Class) Delivery is £1.50 and is FREE for orders over £20.00

Please allow up to a week for delivery, but occasionally it's taking longer at the moment due to Covid-19 restrictions.

How will my order be delivered?

All of our mail is sent through Royal Mail either Special Delivery (Express Delivery), 1st Class Recorded or 1st Class mail.

Will my delivery require a signature?

Items sent via Express delivery and orders over £70 may require a signature upon delivery.

Please use an alternative address such as a work address if you will not be able to sign for it at home.


We're sorry but we're currently not posting orders outside the UK due to long delays. Please check back in future as we hope this will change soon.

Delayed and Missing Orders

All orders are posted using Royal Mail and while most orders are delivered within a week, we are experiencing frequent delays and appreciate your patience.

We dispatch each online order as fast as we possibly can, however, once your parcel leaves us we are not responsible for any delays. Our recommendation would be to leave as much time as you can between your order and the required delivery date, and if you need your order fast please contact us about using our Express Delivery option.

Gift Wrap

We want your purchases to be a pleasure to receive! With this in mind we wrap all our jewellery in soft tissue paper and where possible ship in an HZ or designer branded box. To keep packages small we may provide a flat packed gift box for your own use.

Cards and prints are shipped in a hard backed envelope or cardboard tube for protection.

Clothing and 'soft' items such as knitted things are packaged in a bubble envelope.
